How do I make a booking?

Please complete the contact us form to the best of your ability as the more information we have, the better the chances of us being able to give you an accurate quotation. Please provide the following information when enquiring: • Your name • Your email address or contact number • Date of event • Start time of event • End time of event • Event venue/location (postcode). • Type of occasion: e.g. 1st birthday, bridal shower • Colour preference or theme • Requirement • Inspirational photo (optional) • Budget (optional) We aim to respond to you immediately however, please allow for 24 hours to get a response from us.

I have received a quote and would like to proceed, what do I do?

We are delighted that you have chosen to support our small business. Once you are ready to proceed, we will send you an invoice. We require a 50% deposit to secure your date. Kindly ensure the deposit is paid within 2 days of the invoice date. In the event of a failure to receive the deposit, we may offer your date to another customer. Please note: No deposit, no booking. A booking confirmation will be sent out to your preferred contact method on receipt of deposit. Outstanding balance is due on the morning of the event date as soon as we arrive at the venue; this is to reassure you that you can trust us to show up and provide you with an exceptional service.

How much notice do you require for a booking?

For the best deal, we strongly recommend that you contact us as soon as possible and finalise your booking as soon as you have a date in mind for your event. We strongly advice a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice at the latest however, we welcome last minute enquiry (subject to availability).

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Swale, Kent but we cover all areas of Kent, London, Surrey and Essex. Please note that we do charge mileage for any setup and prop delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept bank transfer. Further details such as account details will be attached to your invoice.

Can I cancel my booking, change my theme or colour preference and do you offer a refund?

We understand that life sometimes gets in the way of thing but unfortunately, we will be unable to honour any cancellation request made 3 weeks to the event date. We also do not offer refund of deposit paid to secure your booking. We would however try our best to accommodate a change of event date but, this is subject to our availability. Any change of theme or colour may be subject to additional charge.

How many hours do you require to setup?

We strongly recommend that you allow for a minimum of 2.5 hours for setup depending on the size of your balloon display. Should you require additional service such as guest seating arrangement or picnic setup, we would require at least 3.5 hours. Please consider setup times when booking venues. We would need access to your venue 2-3 hours before event start time.
